Return & Refund Policy
At fellas, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.
You have 7 days after receiving your order to request a return. The item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for the return. Once approved, we will send you the return instructions.
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the refund status. If approved, the refund will be processed within 3–5 business days using the original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
If you received a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging so we can resolve the issue quickly.
